Salary: £35,375 Nationwide / £38,486 London

Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join GamCare’s Community Outreach & Training service, supporting the delivery and development of our national workforce education offer.
We are recruiting a Training & Workforce Education Coordinator to coordinate, support delivery and continuously improve our CPD-accredited training programme. The role plays a key part in building professional confidence to identify gambling harm, initiate early conversations and navigate appropriate referral pathways.
Working closely with the Outreach & Training Manager and operational teams, you will ensure training is high-quality, accessible, evidence-based and informed by lived experience, and integrated with outreach, brief interventions and Community Champions activity.
About you
We are looking for a organised and confident coordinator with experience in training delivery or workforce development within health, social care, VCSE or public health settings.
You will bring:
- Experience coordinating and delivering training, workshops or learning activity
- Knowledge of training design, learning approaches or workforce development
- Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate complex activity
- Experience using feedback and data to improve learning delivery
You will be a collaborative team player, able to work across teams and with external partners to deliver a consistent and impactful workforce education offer
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Workforce Education
- Coordinate and deliver CPD-accredited training sessions aligned to service priorities
- Support practitioners to deliver high-quality training, workshops and presentations
- Ensure delivery is inclusive, accessible and aligned with safeguarding and governance standards
Training Development & Quality Assurance
- Lead development and continuous improvement of training content
- Adapt materials for different audiences and delivery formats
- Coordinate quality assurance, evaluation and CPD accreditation processes
Coordination & Administration
- Manage training schedules, bookings and communications
- Maintain accurate records for reporting, monitoring and audit purposes
- Work with internal teams to align training with outreach and engagement activity
Data, Insight & Evaluation
- Collect and analyse feedback and training outcomes to improve delivery
- Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting
- Identify learning gaps and opportunities to strengthen the training offer
Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with Outreach & Training Teams to align training with community activity
- Support the involvement of lived experience contributors in training design and delivery
- Contribute to internal learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
