The Role

As Planning & Performance Manager, you will lead a specialist function responsible for performance insight, workforce planning, volunteer coordination and service improvement across Helpline & Online Services. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will help inform strategic decision-making by turning operational data, workforce information and service insight into meaningful recommendations and action.

About You

You will have experience developing reporting frameworks, monitoring performance, managing competing priorities and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders. You are confident presenting insight and recommendations to leaders and can build strong relationships across a wide range of teams and disciplines.

Most importantly, you are motivated by improving services, supporting teams to succeed and making a positive difference for people affected by gambling harms.
