Job Introduction
This is an exciting time to join GamCare, we’re recruiting for the role of Project Manager within our online services team as we grow and develop the online support we have available. A great opportunity for someone with experience of project managing new and existing online support services. As well as having strong organisation and risk management skills, the role will work closely alongside a range of people (designers, developers, internal clients, external vendors) so will need to be a confident communicator.
Role Responsibility
· Project management of new online support platforms, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated time and resource.
· Work collaboratively with our lived experience community to shape and develop our services.
· Work alongside internal data and quality colleagues to ensure effective data and usage mechanisms are implemented to ensure KPI’s are evidenced
· Act as the primary contact on projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies/suppliers/developers.
· Lead regular stand-up meetings to discuss project updates and hurdles. Ensuring there is transparent communication and responsibilities are clear.
The Ideal Candidate
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing the project management of new and existing online support platforms and services, playing a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience for our service users and ensuring that projects are delivered within timescales and budgets. GamCare’s Remote Services team currently facilitate support across a growing number of channels which include the 24-hour National Gambling Helpline, chatrooms, forums, online appointments through practitioners and volunteer peer supporters and an online guided self-help support programme. You will collaborate with staff and volunteers, harnessing the power of lived experience to ensure that projects are delivered collaboratively.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £41,820 (£45,500 for those living in London and surrounding counties)
Location: Home working, with occasional attendance at the London office (Monthly)
